A Management Consultant is the domain of consultant services and is a sparring partner for the middle management, which
identifies and reviews business issues and can define possible solutions. A MC is able to present his or her ideas,
both internal and external, in a clear and convincing manner and an MC possesses the skills required to create and
expand networks and use these networks effectively. A MC is responsible for leading a successful delivery of a project
or activity, including determining the planning, budget, the project risks, organize the assignments of consultants and
monitor the performance. Also an MC has a good insight in the functional areas, business issues and service offerings
and is familiar with relevant methods and techniques.
